Before the Test

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 12 months of G2 driving experience.

Booking:

  • Schedule your test online at DriveTest.ca or by phone.
  • Ensure you have a valid G2 license.

Documents to Bring:

  • G2 License.
  • Test appointment confirmation (if applicable).
  • A vehicle that meets Ontario safety standards (e.g., working lights, brakes, horn, mirrors, and wipers).

Vehicle Requirements:

  • Valid registration and insurance.
  • Ensure it's roadworthy and clean inside for the examiner.
  • A full tank of gas (or sufficient for the test duration).

Practice Driving:
